Building a better world through higher education

We create experiential and imaginative approaches to professional development in universities; establishing leadership cultures that connect people’s hearts and minds with purpose and action.

Online and face-to-face, we’re here to support people to lead with courage and humanity. To choose new ways to connect and collaborate. To bring out the best in one another and our institutions, and build a better world.

Time for something different

What’s possible if we think and work differently?

If we’re braver and more creative?

In a world that asks for innovation and radical solutions to big problems, how we work, lead and connect with one another, matters. In partnership with you, we design and facilitate experiences that bring people together, inspire collective, purposeful action and make change happen.

We worked with Invisible Grail to develop a new approach to create our institutional strategy, engaging leaders from across the whole university to develop and own our future strategic direction. What we’ve experienced is a revitalised commitment and energy for the new strategy, and we’ve found new ways to express our ambitions both internally and externally.

Invisible Grail took the time to meaningfully understand who we are, and this was done with care and insight. Whilst we had practical outcomes for the project in mind, we’ve also begun to build a stronger leadership community and culture of collegiality along the way.”
