Terms and Conditions

We want to assure you that wherever possible we will work with you to ensure that you and your colleagues enjoy every aspect of what makes Invisible Grail special – before, during and after the programmes themselves. However, we realise that sometimes plans change. We’ve created our terms and conditions so that you know the options if you need to cancel or make changes to your programme or booking.

Changes to dates, duration or breadth of your programme or consultancy

We are committed to working in partnership with you to create a programme that has the impact and outcomes you are seeking. We know that programme objectives might evolve over time, and we’ll work with you to adapt and refresh our approach, as needed. To do this, we’ll connect with you before and during the programme. We don’t charge additional administration or project management fees for this.

However, working in partnership with you, we ask that communication around changes in dates, timeframes and needs are clear and that we have a good and reasonable lead time. If there is a change to facilitated programme or one-to-one support, we ask that you let us know at least five working days in advance.

Cancellations

For full cancellations made 5 working days (or less) in advance of a facilitated day, one-to-one support or consultancy, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the project fee, and any incidental expenses that have been incurred.

Payment

We’ll ask you to pay for your programme via invoice or credit card. At the end of your programme, we’ll send you (or your nominated colleague or accounts department) your invoice, asking you to pay within 30 days of receiving it.

Purchase Orders

If you require a Purchase Order to be used, please provide this to us in good time before we send your invoice, ideally before your programme starts. If you don’t have this to hand by the end of your programme, please let us know and arrange for this to be generated.

Open programmes: booking, payment and cancellations

We occasionally run open programmes, and we are happy to take bookings up until the programme starts; however, if you book at short notice, we’ll expect you to pay before the programme begins. Please bear in mind that we can only secure your booking once you’ve paid.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll refund 50% of the programme fee for cancellations between 6 and 3 weeks before the start of the programme. If you cancel 3 weeks or less before the start of the programme, we won’t make any refund.

If you aren’t able to attend but would like to transfer your place to a colleague, we are pleased to offer free transfers up until 1 week before the start of the programme. After this (within 1 week of the programme starting), 50% of the programme cost will be invoiced.

If for any reason we need to cancel a programme, we will always endeavour to give at least a week’s notice and make a full refund.

Your details and how we use these

By working in partnership with Invisible Grail you give your consent to be added to our database. We only record details that are relevant to your programme or booking, and we will never share your details with a third party. Before, during and after the programme we will stay in touch with you to provide you with details to do with your booking and participation on your programme.
