Terms and Conditions

We want to assure you that wherever possible we will work with you to ensure that you and your colleagues enjoy every aspect of what makes Invisible Grail special – before, during and after the programmes themselves. However, we realise that sometimes plans change. We’ve created our terms and conditions so that you know the options if you need to cancel or transfer your place on one of our programmes, and to provide guidance on our booking policy.

 

Payment and securing your booking

We’ll ask you to pay for your programme via invoice. When you book, we’ll send you (or your nominated colleague) your invoice, asking you to pay within 28 days of receiving it. We are happy to take bookings up until the programme starts; however, if you book at short notice, we’ll expect you to pay before the programme begins. Please bear in mind that we can only secure your booking once you’ve paid.

 

Purchase Orders

You can send us a Purchase Order number at the time of your booking. However, if you don’t have this to hand, we are also happy to add purchase order numbers to invoices after you book, ahead of your payment.

 

Cancellations and transfers

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll refund 50% of the programme fee for cancellations between 6 and 3 weeks before the start of the programme. If you cancel 3 weeks or less before the start of the programme, we won’t make any refund.

If you aren’t able to attend but would like to transfer your place to a colleague, we are pleased to offer free transfers up until 3 weeks before the start of the programme. After this (within 3 weeks of the programme starting), 50% of the programme cost will be invoiced.

If you would like to defer your booking to an alternative date we will be able to do this at no cost up to 6 weeks in advance of the start of your programme. After this point, a discretionary charge may be incurred to cover any costs associated with the venue or catering.

If for any reason we need to cancel a programme, we will always endeavour to give at least a week’s notice and make a full refund.

 

Staying in touch

By placing a booking with Invisible Grail you give your consent to be added to our database and mailing list. Please be reassured that we will never share your details with a third party. We will stay in touch with you to provide relevant details to do with your booking, to share our monthly e-newsletter Elixir, and to highlight any products that may of interest to you or your colleagues.
