Team development and culture building can take many different forms. We will work with you to design and deliver your team or alumni away days, or contribute to a specific brief. We can create a programme that unpicks tensions, or that focuses on designing the future for your team by crafting a collective sense of purpose and narrative.

Our starting point is always to work in partnership with you to identify the needs of your team. Creativity plays a big part in our approach to bring a fresh, external perspective. We use a blend of leadership and communication techniques that illuminate individual and group potential and communicate this between and beyond the team.

The length, breadth and scale of the programme is designed to meet your needs and achieve the outcomes you are looking for. For every programme created with you we use an iterative process of design and feedback.

Case Study: Student Experience Leadership Challenge, University of Derby

Working in partnership in with the Provost and his team at the University of Derby, we ran a two-day programme to develop a vision for how to respond to and shape the future landscape of the Student Experience. We then focused on how the team could turn this vision into a reality.
