The spaciousness of uncertainty

Just sometimes, feeling uncertain is exactly what we need to get us to think differently. It’s uncomfortable, but if we stay in the feeling for long enough we can find room for innovation and the chance to take a different path.

Louise Clifton and Paul Gentle went in December, and found a wealth of inspiration for how we can challenge our thinking about what is safe and good in leadership. We like to think of this as the magpie effect – finding new ways of thinking in different or unlikely places.
