How to stay compassionate and resilient

Over the summer, we talked to leaders across the world to understand what makes them tick, how they stay curious and what we can learn from their experiences to challenge the way we see our own professional narratives.

We’re now delighted to be launching our first interview with Leah Weiss, professor in compassionate leadership at Stanford Graduate Business School, early next week.

Whilst talking about why we need more compassion in leadership, Leah offered this piece of advice about how she stays resilient in times of change.

Dr Leah Weiss is a researcher, lecturer, consultant, and author. She teaches Compassionate Leadership at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she created the perenially-waitlisted course “Leading with Mindfulness and Compassion”. Leah also co-founded Skylyte, an organisation working with companies to help leaders prevent burnout.
