Our health and wellbeing are non-negotiable. In an article for the Times Higher Education, Dr Erin Wilson tells her story and states the case for finding balance in work and in life. In academia, this is arguably needed now more than ever before.

Dr Erin Wilson (@ek_wilson) is an Associate Professor of politics and religion, Vice Dean and Director of Education in the faculty of theology and religious studies at the University of Groningen. In her article, she draws on her experience to offer nine ways to make positive changes to our working culture.
