We worked with Invisible Grail to develop a new approach to create our institutional strategy, engaging leaders from across the whole university to develop and own our future strategic direction. What we’ve experienced is a revitalised commitment and energy for the new strategy, and we’ve found new ways to express our ambitions both internally and externally.
